Ian Campbell — President & CEO, Director

Mr. Ian Campbell has over 35 years of junior mining experience. He was President, CEO and a Director of Temex Resources Corp. from 2005 until its Plan of Arrangement with Lake Shore Gold Corp. in 2015 and most recently Manager of Projects, Canada for Tahoe Resources Inc. He has been integral in identifying, acquiring and developing key exploration projects, joint venture and strategic relationship agreements with junior and senior exploration/mining companies and First Nations communities. Mr. Campbell holds a BSc Geology and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO).

Brigitte Dejou — VP Exploration

Ms. Dejou has 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration and joined LaSalle in 2012. She has explored for base and precious metals all over North America with Teck Cominco where she managed and participated in advanced projects (Mesaba, El Limon, Red Dog) and diverse grass root projects. She was influential in the discovery of the world-class Aktigiruk Zn Deposit, Alaska. While working with Osisko, she was involved in gold project evaluations and in the supervision of the QA/QC protocols on active projects. Ms. Dejou holds both a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Masters of Applied Science degree from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. She serves on the board of the AEMQ (Association de l’Exploration Minière du Québec) since 2017.

Daniel Innes — Director & Chair

Mr. Innes holds a Hon BSc and Masters degree in geology. After serving as resident geologist in the Sudbury Mining District he worked as a mineral deposits specialist geologist responsible for Cu-Ni-PGE's with the Ontario Geological Survey. Mr. Innes then focused his work within the mineral exploration industry, consulting for many junior exploration and major mining companies working in Canada, USA, Mexico, Central and South America, Australia and Asia. He was a founder, past chair, President & CEO of a number of junior exploration companies and most recently of Lake Shore Gold Corp. He co-founded and serves on the boards of Radon Environmental Management Corp. (private health sciences sector company) and is President and CEO of Pembrook Copper Corp. (private mineral sector company).

Arnold Klassen — Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Klassen is a CPA, CA (BC) as well as a CPA (Illinois) and has over 35 years of experience in accounting, audit and tax, with over 30 years of experience in the Mining Industry. Mr. Klassen holds a degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia and spent seven years with KPMG prior to entering the mining industry in 1984. Mr. Klassen has obtained the Institute of Corporate directors ICD.D designation. He served on the boards of Lake Shore Gold Corp. and Claude Resources Inc. during their Plan of Arrangements, and is currently a Director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. and GFG Resources Inc.

Paul Simpson — Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Simpson heads the corporate commercial law practice at Armstrong Simpson and focuses on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, natural resources and corporate law. He represents private and publicly traded companies in the natural resource and technology sectors.  Mr. Simpson is also lead independent director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX, NYSE: SVM). 



Cecilia Bonatto — Controller

Ms. Bonatto is a professional accountant (CPA, CGA) with 20 years accounting experience and strong familiarity with mining and exploration companies. She was Controller of Zincore Metals Inc. for five years and has been Controller of LaSalle since its formation in 2012. Cecilia consults to a variety of other companies including Terra Vent Systems Inc. and Radon Environmental Management Corp. 


Brian Booth — Advisor

Brian Booth is past President and CEO of both Pembrook Mining, a privately held company with projects in Peru, and Lake Shore Gold Corp. to which he also served as a Director. Prior to Lake Shore, he held various management roles over the previous 24 years with Inco Limited. He has explored for nickel-copper, precious and base metal deposits throughout Canada, Europe, South America and southeast Asia for 30 years. Presently, he serves as President and CEO for Element29 Resources Inc., a Director for SSR Mining Inc. and is an advisor to several public and private companies.

Steve Cook — Director

Mr. Cook, BComm and LLB, UBC, is a partner at the tax law firm, Thorsteinssons LLP, Law Society of BC 1982. He has served as a director of several public companies including Brett Resources Inc. and Cayden Resources Inc. during their takeovers by Osisko Mining Corporation Ltd. and Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. He is currently a Director for Auryn Resources Inc. and Torq Resources Inc.

Alan Moon — Director

For the past 20 years Mr. Moon has served on the Board of Directors, including Board Chair, for companies operating both internationally and in Canada in a variety of industries, including oil and gas exploration and production, electrical generation and distribution and mineral exploration and production. Mr. Moon was Chair of Lake Shore Gold Corp. from 2005 until it was acquired by Tahoe Resources Corp. in 2016 and a Director of Tahoe until it was acquired in 2019.  Mr. Moon has a BSc Chem Eng from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He earned his ICD.D designation in 2005.

Karen Rees — Director

Karen Rees has over 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada.  Karen was Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Secretary of Temex Resources Corp. until late 2015 when Temex was acquired by Lake Shore Gold Corp. when she assisted with transition of Temex assets to Lake Shore, and for its subsequent acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc. in 2016.  With Temex, Karen was instrumental in the development of the precious metals portfolio and growth of Temex through establishment of best practices for corporate governance, communications and management. Ms. Rees is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO, 2002).  As a volunteer in the industry, Karen was elected to the Board of Directors of Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) in 2018, is a member of the Executive Committee, and is Co-Chair of the Human Resource Development Committee.
